About Mr. Worth
As the Director of Operations at A Mother’s Touch Child Development Center, I am responsible for ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science, I bring a strong background in operational management to the team. My primary goal is to create an environment where our educators and staff can focus on what they do best—caring for and educating the children in our community.
Since joining the team, I have worked to implement systems and processes that enhance both the safety and quality of our childcare services. From managing logistics, such as transportation and building security, to ensuring that our technology supports the educational programs, I take pride in providing the operational backbone that allows A Mother’s Touch to function at its highest potential. I am also in charge of all home-cooked meals for the children, ensuring a nutritious, well-balanced diet for growing healthy bodies.
In addition to my operational duties, I work closely with our leadership team to explore new opportunities for growth and expansion. Our goal is to extend the reach of A Mother’s Touch beyond Raleigh into other areas where families can benefit from our unique approach to childcare. I am excited about the future of our centers and look forward to continuing to support the development of our programs and services.
